Bill Gottfried was a member of the first U.S. Department of Energy Trade Missions to Moscow; Tyumen, Western Siberia; and Kazakhstan during the collapse of the Soviet Union. Bill Gottfried earned a B.S.B.A. in Petroleum Marketing from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma, a M.B.A. in International Business from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and he has attended Agribusiness Seminars at Harvard Business School. Bill was Commissioned a U.S. Naval Officer at Officer Candidate School, Newport, Rhode Island and he graduated from Navy Supply Corps School, Athens, Georgia. He is an Eagle Scout and a member of The Army and Navy Club in Washington, D.C.
